Company status

1 to 12 of 12

The status is the single most consequential field on the register. Active means the company is on the register and not in an insolvency process. Anything else changes what a counterparty should do next, and a proposal to strike off in particular is a deadline rather than a description.

Where these come from

Companies House publishes its enumerations openly, and snapdue vendors them so a code never renders as a raw string. The register is free to anyone, and so is this.
